📋 Return & Refund Policy
At West Coast Sporting Goods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.
🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
✅ Item Condition Required for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition. This means:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Must include all original tags attached
- Must be in original packaging (poly mailer/box)
- All accessories or parts included with the item must be returned
Note: Items showing signs of wear, sweat stains, dirt, odor, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at support@westcoastsportinggoods.shop with your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable based on the conditions below).
- Return Method: By Mail only.
- Return Label: Download and Print (We will email you the label or provide instructions).
📌 Important: Please do not send back any items without first receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
We handle return shipping costs based on the reason for return:
For Defective or Incorrect Products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, West Coast Sporting Goods will cover the return shipping cost (No cost to you). We will provide a prepaid return label.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. We will provide a return label and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, or you may ship it back using your preferred carrier at your own expense.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed automatically
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
- Timeline: Please allow up to 7 Business Days for the refund to appear in your account (processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company)
